Customer Service

If you have purchased an end-user product from us, we provide customer service for returns and technical questions.

RETURNS

Returns are performed using an RMA system. You must contact us for a valid RMA number before returning an item to us. If your product is defective when you receive it and you need to send it back to us, we will cover the shipping and handling and exchange your product for a new one.

We do not offer returns on end-user products other than for factory defects, or as described in the warranty card for your item. Please be sure you want an item before ordering, we do not offer refunds for changing your mind.

To request an RMA, please contact us at returns@harnett-tech.com. In the subject of the email, please include the word 'RETURN' and the purchase order number you received when you purchased the item in question. In the body of the email, please tell us the item you are having a problem with and explain the problem in as much detail as you can.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We are happy to provide technical assistance if you are having a problem getting your item to work properly. We stand behind what we build. Contact us at support@harnett-tech.com and describe the problem you are having. Important: In the subject of your email, please include the product number of the item in question. This number can usually be found somewhere on the item itself, typically on a label. If you are having issues finding the product number, please check your documentation. Emails that do not include a product number will not make it past our email filters.
